Overcomers Therapy, Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. You'll work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with flexible scheduling options that can fit your lifestyle and commitments. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teletherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring approaches to meet diverse emotional and psychological needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and client goals to facilitate healing and progress.
  • Regularly assess client progress, utilizing clinical assessments and feedback to adapt therapeutic interventions effectively.
  • Support clients in identifying and adopting healthier emotional and behavioral patterns through counseling sessions, fostering environments for exploration and growth.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client sessions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base encompasses a diverse demographic, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. The LMFT will play a crucial role in addressing these challenges by providing a safe and supportive space where clients can express themselves and work through their concerns. You will be equipped to handle a range of cases and possess the skills necessary to engage effectively with clients from varied backgrounds.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
  • Current LMFT license in the state of California.
  • Strong understanding of clinical assessments and therapy planning methodologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and counseling skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
  • Proficient use of teletherapy tools and technology, ensuring effective remote communication.
Preferred Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families in therapeutic settings.
  • Experience with trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
  • Familiarity with community health services and the challenges faced by diverse populations.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and an employer-sponsored 401(k) plan.
