Job description

Enger Park Golf Management is now hiring for the opportunity of Outside Service Attendants. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
For this position, you must have a general knowledge of the golf game and be able to pass a basic assessment demonstrating your golf knowledge. We do not teach the basics of golf as part of any certification that we offer. However, you are not required to be an expert Golfer to perform well. Outside service team members that perform well may be offered an opportunity to caddie if a position opens up.
Pay:
$13.50 - $15.00
Job Responsibilities:
  • Outside Service duties include staging golf carts, ensuring overall cart, range, and facility cleanliness, tournament set-up/clean-up, maintaining the practice range, and more.
  • Cheerfully interact and deliver world class customer service.

Job Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Must be outgoing and have a customer-first personality.
  • Candidates without specific golf experience may be considered if you have previous experience in one the following types of jobs: Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, Other Outdoor or Recreational Roles
