Job Summary:
The LPR Recovery Agent are those individuals who help to recover the collateral and assets for our clients. It requires steady nerves and a calm attitude to be able to avoid problems and issues and still get the job done with remote supervision. The LPR Recovery Agent will drive a provided vehicle, which is equipped with technology for scanning, running/updating accounts, and collecting data in a designated area.
This job entails use of License Plate Recognition equipment to scan license plates, heavy surveillance, and working closely with our team of recovery agents to locate and secure our client's collateral. We are seeking a self-motivated individual to assist with locating vehicles within your designated area. If you like working outdoors, and you have an investigative mind-set, this is the perfect job for you!
Our LPR Recovery Agent works their accounts, investigates, and makes contact with the office when the vehicle is found. The primary goal is to recover our clients' assets. You are trusted to do the right thing every time by adhering to the company policy and procedures. The harder you work the more money you make. The areas and the hunt change every day and that makes it interesting.
** Our company vehicles do not go home with you, you must have reliable transportation.
Pay: To Be Discussed
Schedule:
10-12 hour shift including weekends and holidays
Competencies:
  • Ability to act in a discreet manner
  • Computer and smart phone Savvy
  • Ability to work without direct supervision in an outside environment following direction from a remote management team.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and courteously, remain calm, act professionally and maintain a positive attitude at all times.

  • Reliable, good attendance, good work ethic, and high integrity
  • Good communication, Analytical and street knowledge skills

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong computer and tablet skills including internet and email, have a smartphone with service
  • You must have a clean driving record, subject to background and drug test
  • Clean, presentable appearance, reliable, strong work ethic and loyal
  • 23 years of age due to insurance requirements
  • Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • Must provide detailed daily work logs
