Outdoor Cultivation / Harvest TechnicianJob Summary
We are seeking hardworking, dependable Outdoor Cultivation & Harvest Technicians to join our cannabis cultivation team. This hands-on role supports all phases of the outdoor growing cycle, including planting, irrigation, crop maintenance, harvesting, and post-harvest activities. Team members will work in various weather conditions and play a critical role in producing high-quality cannabis while maintaining strict compliance with state regulations and company standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesCultivation Support
  • Plant, transplant, and maintain cannabis plants throughout the growing season.
  • Water plants using irrigation systems, hoses, or hand watering techniques as directed.
  • Perform defoliation, pruning, trellising, topping, staking, and canopy management.
  • Remove weeds and maintain cultivation rows and surrounding work areas.
  • Apply soil amendments, nutrients, and other approved cultivation inputs under supervisor direction.
  • Monitor plant health and report signs of pests, mold, mildew, nutrient deficiencies, or environmental stress.
  • Assist with sanitation of cultivation equipment, tools, and workspaces.
Harvest Responsibilities
  • Harvest mature cannabis plants according to company SOPs.
  • Cut plants and transport harvested material to designated processing areas.
  • Remove fan leaves and perform wet bucking or stripping of harvested plants.
  • Hang plants for drying while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Assist with trimming, sorting, weighing, and packaging harvested material.
