  • Schedule: Monday, Friday, Saturday (9 AM – 6 PM) and Sunday (11 AM – 5 PM)

We pride ourselves on offering a seamless, direct-to-consumer experience right from our main office and showroom in Harwinton, CT.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, customer-centric, and energetic Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will guide homeowners through their outdoor project journey. You will educate customers on layout options, assist with custom designs, provide accurate quotes, and close sales by demonstrating the massive value of our direct-to-consumer model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Consultation: Welcome showroom visitors and handle digital/phone inquiries to help clients pick the right shed, garage, or pool house.
  • Design & Quoting: Use our product catalog to configure custom structures and provide clear, comprehensive project quotes.
  • Pipeline Management: Follow up diligently with incoming leads to guide them from initial design to a closed contract.
  • One-Stop Service Coordination: Explain our comprehensive delivery process to build trust and give buyers total peace of mind.
  • Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the Harwinton office and outdoor display models are clean, presentable, and ready for visitors.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable utilizing computer software for entering customer data and building quotes.
  • High reliability and punctuality to manage peak weekend showroom traffic.
