Commission only. Uncapped. Company vehicle provided. Green Bay area, in person.

We're hiring door knockers to sell permanent outdoor lighting. Average install is $7,200 and commission runs 10-13% — that's $720+ per sale, paid on collected revenue, no clawbacks, no draw games. Two sales a week is a $75K year. Four is $150K. There's no ceiling on it.

You drive a company team vehicle. You're not putting 200 miles a week on your own truck.

Why this product is different

If you've knocked solar, pest, alarms, roofing, fiber, or windows, you already know the hard part of this business isn't the door. It's the product. You've stood on a porch defending a 25-year financing agreement while the homeowner looked for an exit.

This is the opposite. Homeowners see permanent outdoor lighting, want it, and their neighbors ask about it. No inspection. No underwriting. No credit denial killing your deal three days later. We knock the streets around homes that already have it installed and glowing — the demo sold itself before you rang the bell.

What you'll earn

  • 10-13% commission on personal production, uncapped

  • Knock residential neighborhoods around existing installs — warm territory, not cold starts
  • Run our proven pitch cycle: Interrupt, Discover, Show, Close, Rehash
  • Sell the full value stack: security, holiday lighting, landscape accent, home value
  • Set clean, accurate appointments and hand off to install without surprises

Who this is for

Door knocking is hard and always will be. Before you apply, be straight with yourself about this part:

  • You're comfortable with commission only — no base, no draw. You eat what you kill.
  • Thick skin, short memory, and the discipline to keep going at 6:45 PM after an ugly day
  • You can read a door fast and talk to homeowners from every background
