Join Our Team as a Landscape Crew Leader at Aqualawn: Cultivate Growth in a Vibrant Environment!
Aqualawn is looking for a few Landscape Crew Leaders to grow with us. We offer great wages, great equipment and year round work. If you are looking for a home, we would love to speak with you.
Duties, Functions and Responsibilities: Includes, but not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Collaborate with the Management to complete landscape projects in the most efficient manner while putting customer satisfaction first
  • Motivate crew members to achieve desired productivity and job performance
  • Operate equipment including, but not limited to, single axle dump trucks, loaders, skid steers, track loaders, excavators
  • Properly complete time reports and other required tablet work
  • Address clients' questions, comments, and concerns
  • Assists Management with route and job planning and organization, thereby ensuring sufficient resources and materials are readily available
  • Train employees
  • Assist and lead crews on all aspects of jobs
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements:
  • Current and unrestricted Driver's license with a clean record
  • Minimum 2 years of previous Landscaping leadership experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience operating heavy equipment
  • Strong Organization skills
  • Willing to work extra hours when needed to complete jobs
  • Capable of physical labor
  • Adept at identifying and solving problems that may arise during landscaping projects.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure.
