Job description

Schedule: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM or 3PM - 1AM
Pay Rate: $20.80/hour
Overtime: 20+ hours of overtime available each week during peak periods
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join our team in Riverside, CA. This is a physical, hands‐on role that involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and supporting both warehouse and quality operations. The job is dusty, dirty, and fast‐paced — ideal for someone who enjoys active work and consistent overtime opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Unload inbound shipments and move products to designated storage areas
• Stack, store, and organize materials efficiently
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and damage‐free
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment, verifying correct quantities and product types
• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other power equipment safely
• Use RF scanners for picking, receiving, and loading tasks
• Perform daily forklift inspections and minor maintenance
• Work with quality and loader teams, following mix sheet measurements and documenting information
• Assist with housekeeping and maintain clean, safe work areas
• Support inventory control and physical inventory counts
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS safety standards
Qualifications
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical, labor‐intensive tasks
• Experience operating forklifts or clamp trucks preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Reliable, safety‐focused, and able to work in a dusty, dirty environment
