Job description

The Outdoor Grill Master is responsible for food preparations, sanitation, grilling various food and general cleanliness and maintenance of grilling equipment.Responsibilities:Prepare food as directed.Perform all sanitation needs and duties.Work special events and tournaments as assigned.Maintain inventory of grilling equipment and supplies. Report inventory in need of replacement to Food Service Manager.Maintain a safety zone around the grill that is free of trip hazards and prohibits patrons from getting too close.Assist Food Service Sales Associates with food preparation, presentation, and sale of food and beverage products. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old.Ability to address complaints and resolve concerns. Possession of, or the ability to obtain, Illinois Food Handler's Certification within one (1) month of hire.Exposure to heat from appliances, smoke, steam, cleaning chemicals, food, and odors.Prolonged lifting, stooping, bending, twisting, and standing.Ability to lift, carry, and/or move objects weighing ≤ 30 lbs on a daily basis.
