Custom Agri Systems - West Fargo, ND

Custom Agri Systems is a family-owned and operated business looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team in West Fargo, ND.

If you enjoy working with your hands, being active, working outdoors, and learning new skills, we'd like to talk with you!

No previous experience? That's okay. We're looking for people with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the drive to be part of a hardworking team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Assist with construction, installation, and general labor projects
  • Use basic hand and power tools
  • Measure, cut, and prepare materials
  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment
  • Assist experienced team members with a variety of jobsite tasks
  • Work safely and efficiently at indoor and outdoor jobsites
  • Work at elevated heights when required
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Take pride in doing the job right

Previous construction, mechanical, agricultural, or general labor experience is helpful, but not required.

? Must be able to accurately read a tape measure

? Prior general labor or construction experience is a plus, but not required

? Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday
  • Occasional weekend work depending on project needs
