What does an outdoor garden associate do?

An Outdoor Garden Associate assists customers with selecting plants, gardening tools, and outdoor supplies, while providing expert advice on plant care, gardening techniques, and landscape solutions. They are responsible for maintaining the appearance of the garden center, watering plants, stocking shelves, and ensuring all merchandise is displayed properly.
