Fit is important in the shoes we sell and in the people we hire. We have a long tradition (120 + years!) of making the most comfortable work and outdoor footwear. We’re poised for increased growth and we’re searching for some of the most talented professionals who will walk the exciting road with us. Not only that, but we have a great retail culture! Our stores are well organized, clean, and welcoming. Our store hours are better than many retailers. Red Wing Shoes is the place for a great retail career.
The successful candidate will be paid hourly with commissions plus a bonus and have the opportunity for advancement. We are looking to hire an employee who is Dependable, has flexibility in their schedule and is available to work during the week and weekends.
