Community health clinic seeks another associate. Work alongside 4 physicians and 2 midlevel providers. Group will consider either a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. Responsibilities involve a wide scope of outpatient family medicine. Patient mix includes pediatric through geriatric ages. Clinic is open Mon-Fri, from 8am-5pm w/extended hours on Wed until 7pm. Office houses a newly remodeled lab, an x-ray room & an on-site pharmacy. Telehealth services are also available for patients. Compensation includes a generous salary, health benefits, vacation/CME, relocation & malpractice insurance.
