We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Delivery Supervisor to lead daily delivery operations in our Raleigh, NC area location. The ideal candidate will ensure on-time, accurate, and damage-free shipments while managing and developing a team of delivery associates. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily delivery operations to ensure on-time, accurate, and damage-free shipments.
  • Assign and supervise work for delivery associates; manage workflow, productivity, and accountability.
  • Verify all deliveries are properly checked for accuracy, staged for delivery, and loaded the night before delivery.
  • Maintain high customer service standards by resolving delivery issues, delays, and discrepancies.
  • Communicate daily priorities, risks, and performance results to the leadership team.
  • Train, coach, and reinforce safe work practices and company procedures.
  • Enforce safety standards, equipment inspections, and housekeeping expectations.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Maintain delivery records and system updates accurately and timely.
