ELS is hiring for the position of Outbound Sales Specialist in Orlando, Florida.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Outbound Sales Integration Specialist is responsible for proactively engaging Thousand Trails guests and members through outbound sales efforts designed to increase membership usage, product awareness, and revenue growth.
This role focuses on building relationships, understanding customer needs, communicating membership value, and converting opportunities through a consultative sales approach. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a performance-driven environment with measurable sales objectives.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Execute outbound calling campaigns to connect with assigned prospects, guests, and members to drive membership sales, enhancements, and product conversions.
• Manage assigned lead opportunities through consistent outreach, timely follow-up, and effective pipeline management.
• Use consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs, provide appropriate membership solutions, and guide customers through the decision-making process.
• Meet or exceed established performance goals, including sales targets, conversion expectations, and activity metrics.
• Maintain strong knowledge of membership products, services, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate value to customers.
• Accurately maintain customer records, document sales activity, and complete required follow-up actions within company systems.
• Partner with internal teams to support a positive customer experience and ensure timely resolution of customer needs.
• Demonstrate adaptability, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement through coaching, feedback, and ongoing development.

• Education and/or Experience - Education and/or Experience - High school diploma and 1 -2 years experience in a call center environment required.
• Language Skills -Ability to read, analyze and interpret information. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Reasoning Ability - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and make suggestions for change based on those conclusions.
• Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, you should have above average ability to perform word processing and data entry into spreadsheets, Microsoft Word and Excel preferred. Must possess knowledge of sending and receiving email as well as retrieving information from the Internet.
• Other Skills and Abilities - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, co-workers, managers and customers. Possess excellent organization and project management skills, leadership skills as well as the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
