Travel + Leisure Co. recently acquired Yes& Vacations and Spinnaker Resorts, adding 23 resorts in destinations like Maui, Las Vegas and Hilton Head. This role has joined the Travel + Leisure Co. family, and applicants will be applying directly to Travel + Leisure Co.

The Outbound Agent will contact prospective customers over the phone with the intention of selling marketed vacation packages which will enable them to tour our resorts and purchase the product to become owners.
Essential Job Functions
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for contacting prospective customers through outbound calls with the intention of selling vacation ownership (60%)
Attend meetings as required (10%)
Ensure compliance with; Quality Assurance, Do Not Call Regulations, (25%)
Set and review weekly performance goals (5%)

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
a) Education
Must have a minimum High School Diploma or GED
b) Training requirements
Successful completing of on boarding training
All associates are responsible for ensuring that they remain up to date on all required courses
Participate in coaching sessions
c) Knowledge and skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong client focus
Sales minded professional (hospitality, sales, call center, server, or marketing experience)
Ability to overcome objections
Ability to work in a goal and performance based environment
d) Technical Skills
MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
e) Job experience
Minimum of 6 months sales experience, preferably in a production driven environment
Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
