POSITION DETAILS:

·       Maintain the upkeep and cleanliness of the restaurant 

·       Using pre-approved and provided cleaning chemicals

·       Clean the restaurant both front of house and heart of house prior to opening 

·       Must be detail oriented and ensure that all cleaning standards and procedures are met
