Job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to join our team. The OTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to Medicare patients in compliance with all applicable guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist

  • Provide therapy services to Medicare patients as prescribed

  • Monitor and document patient progress

  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal care

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Follow Medicare guidelines and company policies for care delivery

Requirements:

  • Valid OTA license in the state of Florida.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
