Job description

Emmitsburg Osteopathic Primary Care Center (EOPCC)
Emmitsburg, Maryland | Full-Time

Are you looking for more than just another employed physician position?

Emmitsburg Osteopathic Primary Care Center (EOPCC), a small nonprofit teaching medical practice established in 1999 serving the greater Emmitsburg area is seeking a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with a passion for Primary Care and Internal Medicine to join our team.

Thanks to a generous donor, EOPCC is offering a competitive salary to a much needed second, if not, third osteopathic physician. This physician would practice family medicine or primary care internal medicine through the office and continue EOPCC's commitment to serve as a teaching medical practice for osteopathic and nurse practitioner students.

Maryland now has its own Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine. EOPCC serves as a rural training site for future students. There would be other roles for EOPCC physicians as well.

Because EOPCC's non-profit status as a teaching medical practice, those who carry student loans and practice through us will be able to apply for loan forgiveness after 10 years.

Please send a letter of application along with your CV to recruitment@eopcc.com or via mail to EOPCC, PO Box 1219, Emmitsburg, MD 21727.
