Job description

We’re looking for an experienced an OSP Project Manager to oversee wireline construction operations, including both aerial and underground fiber.


This is a highly customer facing role for someone who can manage and coordinate schedules, work through permitting and municipal requirements, and keep projects on track from a cost, quality, and production standpoint.


What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily construction workload and crew scheduling.

• Coordinate with customers and construction teams to align priorities and timelines.

• Oversee aerial and underground fiber construction activities.

• Manage change orders, forecasting, and job profitability.

• Work with municipalities and coordinate permitting requirements.

• Track production, productivity, and key project metrics.

• Resolve customer escalations and construction roadblocks.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and databases.

• Forecast workload and project needs up to 90 days in advance.

• Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with applicable regulations.

*No direct reports for now, this is an individual contributor role.


What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of OSP wireline construction project management experience.

• Strong customer facing and communication skills.

• Experience managing construction crews and workload.

• Ability to interpret prints/blueprints and site layouts.

• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

• Strong data analysis and reporting abilities.

• Experience with forecasting and reporting.

• Knowledge of permitting and working with municipalities.

• Familiarity with OSHA regulations.

• Valid driver’s license.

• High school diploma or equivalent


Preferred:

• Google Drive/Sheets experience

• Experience with Outsystems or similar platforms

• Additional OSP/fiber construction experience in the same or similar capacity.


Location: Alpharetta 5x a week M-F
