  • Document field conditions through photographs, notes, measurements, markups, and other appropriate documentation.
  • Communicate field changes and issues to engineering, construction, and project management teams.
  • Assist with new OSP/ISP projects as they transition from design and permitting into construction.
  • Help ensure construction activities remain compliant with approved plans, permits, ROW requirements, and utility requirements.
  • Participate in project walks, pre-construction meetings, utility coordination meetings, and field meetings.
  • Assist with resolving customer, municipality, utility, and contractor issues related to construction.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and provide timely updates on outstanding field issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support Aspire Communications' construction operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience identifying and resolving field conflicts and constructability issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret OSP construction plans, maps, permits, and utility plans.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and coordinate multiple issues and projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Central Florida as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Central Florida OSP/fiber construction experience.
  • Experience working with FDOT and Central Florida municipalities.

  • Familiarity with Central Florida permitting and ROW processes.
  • Experience with fiber mapping, GIS, or OSP design platforms.
  • Previous field engineering or construction management experience in telecommunications.

  • OSP fiber construction knowledge
  • Project coordination
  • Written and verbal communication
