Schedule: Day Shift (Generally 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Compensation: Budgeted at $73,000 DOQ base salary plus overtime, on-call stipend, travel reimbursement, profit sharing, and 401(k) contributions.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our automation systems operating at peak performance.

What You'll Work On
You will maintain and troubleshoot a variety of equipment including:
  • Automated sortation systems
  • Conveyors
  • Electric motors
  • Sensors and scanners
  • Pneumatic components
  • Electrical systems and controls
  • Facility support equipment
This is a hands-on position where your work directly impacts operational performance and customer service.
What You'll Do
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment issues.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • Respond to equipment downtime and restore operations quickly.
  • Support installation of new equipment and automation upgrades.
  • Work with vendors and contractors on equipment projects.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies.
  • Document repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Provide technical guidance to other technicians when needed.
  • Support facility maintenance and operational needs as required.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, distribution, automation, or logistics environment.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Electrical troubleshooting experience.
  • Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Experience using standard hand and power tools.
Travel & Schedule
  • Day-shift schedule, generally 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
  • Occasional rotating weekend coverage.
  • Approximately 30% travel to support other OSM facilities.
  • Participation in an on-call rotation.
All company-required travel expenses are paid by OSM.
