ย Bluehawk, LLC is seeking an OSINT Analyst to conduct comprehensive review and analysis of submitted intelligence support documents. These documents include Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs), Essential Elements of Information (EEIs), background statements, justification statements, and supporting materials. You will engage directly with requestors by participating in working groups, developing operational plans, and crafting collection strategies to ensure alignment with their needs.


  • Reviews, validates, & prioritizes OSINT collection requirements from a range of requestors including support of time-sensitive situations, and/or high-priority, complex, and limited access targets or events.
  • Develop OSINT collection strategies that select the proper organization, echelon, or unit to request tasking from, synchronize the strategy with supported operations, and submit the requirements for tasking to the appropriate organization.
  • In addition, provides oversight of teams who do the above.
  • Lead efforts to integrate DOD collection strategies into broader IC initiatives.
  • Discover sources and products of information available from public, private, and U.S. and foreign government open-source materials within established security protocols.
  • Analyze foreign and domestic-based publicly available information to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide unique insights to address defense intelligence requirements.ย 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience conducting analysis.
  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree can substitute for professional experience
  • Active TS/SCI with a Counterintelligence Polygraph
  • Proficiency in using intelligence tools and software for data collection and analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage and excel under tight deadlines and quick turnaround times
