Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Site Lead to oversee and coordinate all on-site electrical activities for industrial construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing crews, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining project timelines, and delivering high-quality work.

This position requires frequent travel and the ability to lead small teams in a fast-paced industrial environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage electrical crews from project startup through completion
  • Inspect job sites to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
  • Monitor daily work progress and maintain accurate documentation
  • Ensure all work stays within project scope and assist with change orders and cost management
  • Interpret and execute blueprints, schematics, and specifications
  • Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and field personnel
  • Lead site safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety policies
  • Track job hours and ensure accurate timekeeping with office coordination
  • Order and manage tools, equipment, and materials
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to prevent project delays
  • Ensure compliance with NEC codes and industry standards
