Job Title: Surgical Services – OR Tech / Surgical Tech
Facility: Providence Petaluma Valley Hospital
Location: 400 N McDowell Blvd, Petaluma, CA 94954
Duration: 13-week 
Pay Rate: $46/hr (W2) | $50/hr (1099)
Schedule:
  • Shift: Day shift – 5x8-hour shifts (07:00–15:30)
  • Additional Coverage: 1–2 PM shifts per week (start at 15:00)
  • On-Call:
    • One night call per week
    • Every 2nd or 3rd Saturday or Sunday (24-hour on-call)
    • 30-minute response time required
  • Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend on-call (Saturday OR Sunday)
