Conveniently located just off I-95 in North Stafford, Virginia, our modern, state-of-the-art practice combines advanced orthodontic technology with a patient-centered approach to care. We also serve patients in our Arlington office approximately five days each month, giving our team the opportunity to work in both locations while caring for patients throughout Northern Virginia.

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and patient-focused Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team. Whether you are an experienced orthodontic assistant or a dental assistant interested in expanding your skills, we are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist chairside during orthodontic procedures
  • Take impressions and Invisalign scans
  • Perform orthodontic adjustments as permitted by training and state regulations
  • Take digital X-rays (certification preferred but not required)
  • Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
  • Educate and support patients throughout their orthodontic treatment journey
  • Work closely with doctors and team members to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
Qualifications
  • Orthodontic assisting experience preferred
  • Dental assisting experience strongly considered
  • X-ray certification preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinical setting
Additional Information

Schedule:

  • Monday through Thursday
  • Work primarily from our North Stafford office, with approximately five scheduled days each month in our Arlington office
  • Occasional Fridays for training, meetings, or certifications
