Kidmazing Dental & KM Dental Specialists and Orthodontics is seeking a skilled Orthodontic Assistant with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join our busy, patient-focused practice. This part-time position (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment while delivering exceptional care.

Job Description

Assist orthodontists during various procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain efficient workflow throughout the day
Manage patient records accurately using Dentrix and Dolphin software
Communicate effectively with patients and team members to foster a positive environment
Support infection control protocols and promote a clean, organized workspace

Salary Range

Part-time $25 - $31 per hour

Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8-5

Requirements
  • Basic life support
  • Certified Orthodontic Assistant
  • Dentrix
  • Experienced Dental Assistant (2+ years)
  • Other Dental Software
  • iTero

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Orthodontic Assistant
Proficiency with orthodontic procedures and patient care
Experience with Dentrix and Dolphin practice management software
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Preferences
  • Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
