Job description

Description:

Hi there! Are you looking to join an awesome, growing orthodontic office?

My name is Matt Dunn. My wife, Courtney, and I are both orthodontists and have practiced in the Valley since 2006. Over the past 19+ years, we have grown a lot and now own four orthodontic offices in the greater Phoenix area (Litchfield Park, North Central Phoenix, Scottsdale and Arcadia).

We are now in need of another team member.

Do you have a positive attitude and great work ethic? Do you thrive in a fast paced, team environment? Do you have a good understanding of customer service? If so, then we're looking for you!

Interested? Awesome! We really need someone that pays attention to detail. So, here’s your test:
1. When sending your resume, please tell us exactly what makes you stand out; why you are so great that we should hire you.

We look forward to hearing from you and hope we can work together.

Requirements:

  • be self-motivated, organized, and have a positive attitude
  • possess great understanding of dental terminology
  • have excellent communication and written skills
  • have excellent public relations skills
  • work well with patients and team
  • be experienced in delivering high-level customer service
  • Committed to the position arriving on time daily and staying late as needed.
