Associate Orthodontist

Lead the evolution of two growing, patient-focused practices. The Modern Orthodontist – Vancouver, Washington & Portland Braces – Portland, Oregon are seeking an experienced Associate Orthodontist to help shape the next chapter of these patient-centered practices serving the greater Portland-Vancouver metropolitan area.

Led by Dr. Gretchen Schnepper, these established practices have a strong clinical foundation and loyal patient base and are currently in an exciting phase of transformation focused on elevating the patient experience, strengthening operations, and driving sustainable growth. This is a unique opportunity for an orthodontist who is motivated by impact—someone who is energized by building, improving, and leading through positive change.

About the Role

This opportunity is ideal for an orthodontist seeking clinical autonomy, long-term growth, and the opportunity to practice across two established orthodontic offices in one of the Pacific Northwest's most desirable markets. The Associate Orthodontist will provide comprehensive orthodontic care at The Modern Orthodontist in Vancouver, Washington, and Portland Braces in Portland, Oregon, delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and patient experiences within modern, technology-driven practice environments.
