A leading private practice specializing in orthopedics, neurosurgery, and spine care in Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking to expand its team with the addition of a fellowship-trained Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon.

Position Highlights:

  • Location: Primary practice location in Omaha, Nebraska, with opportunities for investment in the local clinic, surgical hospital, and real estate.

  • Compensation: First-year guaranteed salary based on MGMA data, with high earning potential tied to a direct billing/physician fee model.

  • Referral Pathways: Strong internal referral system with shared new patient visits to support practice growth.

  • Experience: Welcoming candidates with prior experience as well as those recently completing fellowship training. We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon with foot and ankle fellowship training. At this time, we are only considering candidates with an orthopedic surgery background.
