Job description

Position Summary

The Orlando Health Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join a team of skilled and committed Urology Professionals. Orlando Health Medical Group Urology has a dedicated team of 20 Urologist comprised of General Urologist, UroHospitalist, Reconstructive Urologist, Oncology Urologist, and Pelvic Floor Urologist. Our award-winning team was recently recognized by the U.S. News & World Report as High Performing in Urology.

Available Locations:

  • Orlando Health St. Cloud
  • Orlando Health Lake Nona
  • Orlando Health Davenport
  • Orlando Health Horizon West

Role Requirements:

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Urology or the AOA
  • Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency training program in Urology
  • Robotics experienced preferred.  Orlando Health has 23 DaVinci (Xi).
  • FL Medical License or ability to obtain one.

Practice Highlights:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday with a mix of 2-3 days of OR or ASC and 2-3 days of clinic for a five-day work week.
  • Call: minimum of 5 days a month for one hospital location with the opportunity to pick up additional call.
  • Established Urology practice, work as an integral part of a large collaborative Urology group.
  • APP support
  • EHR - EPIC
  • Adult Urology only.

Financial Package:

  • Excellent and highly competitive compensation package with an average total compensation (includes incentive and quality goals etc.)  in the range of $650k with the ability to earn more. No Cap!
