Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director of Talent Management & Organizational Development is a strategic HR leader responsible for building organizational capability, developing leaders, strengthening culture, and advancing employee engagement across Signature Healthcare. This role oversees the HR Business Partner function, performance management, organizational development and learning initiatives.  This is a relationship-intensive, consultative leadership role requiring a senior HR professional who partners directly with operational and clinical leaders, shapes the talent strategy, and translates organizational priorities into actionable people programs. This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to the VP of HR and senior leadership team, bringing a systems-level view of culture, capability, and workforce effectiveness.
