Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.
Overview
The Event Manager provides professional services to the building, team and promoter representatives to ensure all requirements are met for sporting events, family shows, concerts, concert VIPs and private events in various spaces throughout the Arena.
This role will pay a wage of $45,000 to $50,000 and is bonus eligible.

This position will remain open until July 17, 2026.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and supervise Operations Department event staff in set-up and execution of event related activities to develop and promote best practices in elevating service excellence.
  • Coordinate with event and promoter representatives to ensure all requirements are met for private events and events as assigned in the Arena spaces
  • Monitor and supervise the facility on day of events to ensure operational policies and procedures are being followed
  • Develop concepts, rules, policies, and procedures for private events to adhere to budgetary constraints. Estimate and track costs on a show/event basis
  • Support arena operations by participating in appropriate planning, organization, event and building meetings
  • Maintain positive relationship with event-related accounts, including food and beverage, building trades, convention services, city services, building security, etc.
  • Develop CAD drawings for private events
  • Excellent organizational, planning and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Excellent problem solving, as well as oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn equipment needed for the role: CAD, AV equipment, scheduling software, etc.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, will include office hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic

Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Sports Management or related field and/or related work experience
  • 3-5 years of related work experience preferred
  • Able to move around the facility for long periods of time
  • Able to assist in moving tables, chairs, tensa barrier, bike rack, etc.
  • Must be able to use a two-way radio and telephone
  • This position will be exposed to high noise levels
  • This position is not substantially exposed to adverse conditions.
