Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet rooms, hallways, storage, and service areas.
  • Assist with the setup, turnover and breakdown of events to include stripping the room of all furniture and resetting the room as outline in the Banquet Event Order.
  • Refresh meeting rooms as needed.
  • Periodically clean meeting and event rooms.
  • Properly care for, move, and store equipment such as tables, chairs, risers, dance floors, lecterns, and other room supplies.
  • Brew beverages as directed by the event captain.
  • Break down the trays of dirty dishes, glasses and silverware coming from the functions.
  • Assists all banquet staff and other departments in producing efficiently run events.

  • Event houseperson or related experience is a plus. Prior Food & Beverage experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds.
  • Ability to frequently sit, kneel, stand, stoop, bend, stretch and manipulate objects for extended periods of time.
  • Attentiveness to visual and audible cues.
  • Developed English skills.
