Job description

Who We Are
Hi, we're the Mid-Ohio Food Collective (MOFC). Yes, we're a foodbank and collect and distribute an impressive amount of food, but that's not all. So when life happens, we're here for our neighbors that need us.
The Role Summary
The Order Picker supports the acquisition, storage, and distribution of food products by completing accurate, timely warehouse order work. Key responsibilities include picking and packing product; loading, unloading, and staging inventory; building pallets as items are pulled; shrink-wrapping and tagging skids for delivery; unloading donations from food drives/individuals as needed; preparing donor receipts; applying First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) practices to each transaction; and maintaining sanitation and safe work practices.
Required qualifications/skills:
- High School Diploma/GED; food safety certification (or ability to obtain)
- 1+ year warehouse experience using propane/electric forklifts and 4ft/8ft electric pallet jack/riders
- Proficiency with scanning equipment, quality control, and general warehouse operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; basic math/counting; strong customer service; effective teamwork and independent work
If you are ready to contribute to accurate, safe distribution as an Order Picker, apply today.
