About This Position
***$100 weekly production/attendance bonus***
The Access SecurePak Picker/Packer uses a voice-directed headset system to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and following verbal instructions through a headset. This is a four day, 10 hour a day position Monday - Thursday 6:00AM - 4:30PM.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
  • Operate a voice-directed headset system (e.g., Vocollect) to receive, confirm, and execute order-picking instructions accurately and efficiently throughout each shift.
  • Navigate warehouse floor using established pick paths to select correct products by SKU, size, color, and quantity as specified on order slips or system prompts.
  • Pack customer orders using appropriate packaging materials - including boxes, void fill, bubble wrap, and poly bags - ensuring products are secure and protected from damage in transit.
  • Apply shipping labels, carrier labels (UPS, FedEx, USPS), and order documentation accurately to all outbound packages, verifying label data matches the order record.
  • Verify product quantities, descriptions, and quality condition against the order manifest before sealing and staging; flag discrepancies, mispicks, or damaged goods immediately to a supervisor.
  • Stage completed, labeled orders in designated dock or shipping lanes, organized by carrier, route, or shipment priority, in preparation for outbound transport.
  • Meet or exceed daily productivity standards including established Units Per Hour (UPH) targets and order accuracy rates.
  • Perform quality inspection checks on items prior to packing, identifying and reporting damaged, defective, or expired products and removing them from the active pick flow.
  • Use handheld RF scanners or barcode readers to scan product barcodes, confirm inventory pulls, and update order status in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free packing station and work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards and company 5S housekeeping protocols.
  • Replenish packing supplies at your station (tape, void fill, labels, boxes) throughout the shift to maintain uninterrupted workflow and minimize downtime.
  • Operate manual equipment including pallet jacks and hand carts to move products and completed orders between pick zones, packing stations, and staging areas.
  • Adhere to all company Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies, including wearing required PPE, reporting near-miss incidents, and participating in safety briefings.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team leads, supervisors, and fulfillment team members to resolve order issues, report bottlenecks, and support overall shift goals.
  • Support additional warehouse functions as directed, including inventory cycle counts, receiving, replenishment, returns processing, or kitting and assembly tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Comfortable bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching overhead or floor-level to pick products from varied shelf heights.
  • Willingness and ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety shoes, gloves, and hi-visibility vest as directed.
