Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Bulk Order Selector to join our team in Lancaster, PA. The Bulk Order Selector will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting and preparing orders for shipment, while adhering to food safety standards. This is a physically demanding position that involves extended shifts in a temperature-controlled (cold) environment. If you are a reliable, hardworking individual who thrives in an active, hands-on environment, this position may be a great fit for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Fulfilling orders by manually selecting bulk produce from inventory
  • Stacking and wrapping cases on a pallet using an electric pallet jack
  • Ensuring accuracy and quality of selected items
  • Communicate with receivers to ensure all empty slots are replenished
  • Loading trucks when assigned
  • All other related duties as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English
Environmental Factors:
  • Exposure to non-weather related cold temperatures of 36-52 degrees
  • Some areas have concrete floors which may become damp or wet
  • Non-slip Steel Toe shoes required for work in warehouse cooler environment
Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively, for duration of shift
