HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ORDER SELECTOR IN LACEY, WA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Order Selector to join our team in Lacey, Washington. This individual will be responsible for accurately fulfilling store orders from active pick sites using headset systems and ensuring secure pallet builds. The ideal candidate will possess familiarity with warehouse operations and warehouse management systems, strong attention to detail, and more listed below. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Pull products accurately using voice-directed headsets; ensure pick tickets and labels match ordered cases while avoiding improper stacking.
  • Palletize, stabilize, and wrap loads securely.
  • Place shipping labels and order summaries to pallets, and transport them to the staging area.
  • Ensure all orders containing 10 or more cases are verified for accuracy
  • Safely operate Material Handling Equipment in accordance with equipment manuals.
  • Promptly report faulty machinery, rack damage, and other warehouse hazards to leadership.
  • Maintain a clean work environment at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must be certified and proficient in operating the Electric Pallet Jack
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and warehouse management systems
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and strong reading comprehension for numbers and labels.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
