Description:

S & W Wholesale Foods is seeking an experienced Night Shift Order Selector- offering competitive plus incentive bonuses working only 5 nights a week and No Weekends. We are looking for Night Shift Order Selector full-time positions to join our team!


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Locate, select and accurately stack cases
  • Order Selectors operate electric pallet jacket/reach truck to transport pallets throughout the warehouse
  • Wrap and load each pallet pulled onto the trucks
  • Performing other duties, as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening
  • Must be able to read and write
  • Must report to work on time and have a good attendance history
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse preferred
  • Experience working with an RF Scanner preferred.
  • Be able to operate a forklift, electric jack, and stand-up reach truck
  • Safety Conscious: Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced, Busy Environment.
  • Good Communication kills: Ability to Work Well on a Team but Be SELF-MOTIVATED and Independent at Times


Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.


Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to routinely lift and move objects weighing 40-60 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
  • Ability to stay on your feet for long periods of time and work open-ended shifts until all work is completed for the night.
  • Ability to work in a cold environment and withstand cold temperatures


Compensation Details:

  • $17.00-$18.00 during the 60 day Probationary Period
  • $20 per hour after Probationary Period
  • Plus, Opportunity for Weekly Incentives of Up To 35% more per hour
  • Annual Salary Range $45,000-$65,000
