What does it mean to be a part of the Order Selection team?
In this fast-paced role, you are the boots on the ground and responsible for accurately and efficiently pulling customer orders within the warehouse. This role requires strategic thinking and attention to detail while palletizing orders and ensuring they are placed in the correct assigned locations. You will operate motorized equipment including Electric Pallet Jacks while ensuring that you safely and accurately move product within the warehouse.   • 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (or until work completion).

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Selects a variety of product utilizing a VoCollect Headset.
  • Maintains order selection performance standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage.
  • Transports product throughout the warehouse via electric pallet jack.
  • Works in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
  • Assists other departments with work activities when required.
  • Promotes good working relationships by maintaining a courteous and friendly manner

Job Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Steel toe or composite toe footwear is required
  • Must be able to lift 10 pounds up to 55 pounds, frequent bending, stooping and lifting.
  • Must have the ability to work in various temperatures from 34 to 80 degrees.
  • Previous order selection, warehouse experience such as shipping or receiving, or experience in a physically demanding position is preferred.
  • Must be willing to consent to background check and drug screen.
  • Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
