Starting Pay: $16 - $18

Ability to perform physical, repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 50+ lbs regularly.

Job Description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations across order pulling, load breakdown, inventory, and shipping. Primary duties include:

  • Pull orders for gates, which requires frequent physical activity and repetitive lifting of materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Bag and package hydraulic fittings, including operating the sealing and labeling machine to complete finished packages.
  • Assist with shipping operations, which may include staging products, preparing shipments, loading/unloading materials, or verifying outgoing orders.
  • Support inventory activities, such as counting materials, organizing stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform load breakdown, which is a highly physical task involving sorting and distributing freight or materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
