What is an order puller associate?

Order Puller Associates are warehouse employees responsible for locating, selecting, and preparing items for shipment based on customer orders. They use inventory lists or electronic scanners to find products in the warehouse, ensure the correct quantity and quality, and prepare items for packing and shipping.
