Salary: Up to $95,000 + Excellent Benefits

We're partnering with a stable, growing manufacturing company seeking a hands-on Order Entry Supervisor/Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop an Order Entry team of up to 10 employees.
  • Establish, monitor, and improve KPIs, productivity, quality, and accuracy metrics.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline workflows.
  • Ensure accountability, consistency, and exceptional customer service throughout the order management process.
  • Analyze team performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices.
  • Partner with senior leadership to support operational initiatives and long-term business growth.
  • Foster a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of Order Entry leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing productivity, KPIs, quality metrics, and employee performance.
