Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Supply Chain Management or related field required.

Work Experience

  • 2+ years' progressive experience in a supply chain environment, preferably in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer facing role.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this job consist of transactional, analytical and strategic work to support WWT's end-to-end Order Management Supply Chain function, including but not limited to the following:

  • Managing the entire lifecycle of a WWT Order from creation to final product delivery to the customer. This requires an advanced level of supply chain knowledge and the ability to proactively communicate (knowledgeably and technically) issues and risks to internal partners and external customers.
  • Acting as the key point of contact and liaison to the customer and operations; ultimately accountable for customer delight.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate order-related data/information in WWT's ERP systems.
  • Taking a self-driven approach to proactively identify and solve problems to mitigate risk and develop contingency plans.
  • Supporting cross-functional accountability throughout WWT Supply Chain
  • Creating and consuming reports/data to direct daily tasks that drive execution and ensure customer requirements, KPI's, and contractual agreements are satisfied.
  • Taking an active role in direct customer interaction to provide updates, data-driven insights, and communicate risks.
  • Applying a continuous improvement mindset to enhance current processes.
  • Acting as a leader in the successful onboarding of new customers to ensure customer delight, and operational effectiveness.
  • Communicating effectively with our internal and external customers.
  • Overseeing cross-functional issues and ensuring all functions within the organization are performing to program expectations.
