  • Place special product orders on an as needed basis
  • Provide accurate information regarding availability and lead times
  • Process incoming and outgoing warranty claims
  • Assist warehouse staff with pulling orders, checking in incoming product, and loading and unloading trucks based on seasonal increases in business
  • Pre-pull or stage will call orders as needed
  • Participate in active training for new and current products regularly
  • Process UPS orders, track orders and accept deliveries
  • Assist outside sales team in processing customer requests
  • Assist in cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Maintain general appearance of branch counter, showroom, warehouse, and grounds
  • Ensure that each customer leaves the store satisfied
