Overview:
Ascendo is seeking a Data Entry / Warehouse Associate for our client, a leading diamond bridal jewelry company. This role supports daily production and inventory operations-managing order processing, materials flow, and ERP data entry to keep production running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and update customer orders, cancellations, and QC issues in ERP.
  • Pick, barcode, and organize inventory to fulfill orders accurately.
  • Verify deliveries, manage stock discrepancies, and assist with cycle counts.
  • Generate purchase notes, shipping, and receiving documents.
  • Inspect materials and packing lists for accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely material flow.
  • Maintain organized ERP and inventory records.
  • Support returns and QA preparation as needed.
What You'll Need:
  • 1+ year of relevant experience (3+ years preferred)
