Job Title: Order Picker – Inventory Department
Location: Riviera Beach, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00 hourly

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our Inventory Department. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, staging, and preparing inventory for production, shipping, and customer orders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining inventory accuracy. Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick customer and production orders accurately using pick tickets or handheld scanners.
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, and product descriptions before staging orders.
  • Package and prepare orders for shipment while ensuring products are protected from damage.
  • Restock inventory and maintain organized warehouse shelving and storage locations.
  • Assist with receiving, inspecting, and putting away incoming inventory.
  • Perform cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (if certified).
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, inventory, or order picking experience preferred.
