Job Title: Order Picker / Warehouse Associate

Location: Lebanon, PA

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available (including potential 10-hour shifts)

We are excited to open our new distribution operation and are looking for dependable, motivated Order Pickers / Warehouse Associates to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to become part of a new operation with opportunities for growth and advancement.

What You’ll Do:
  • Pick and prepare customer orders accurately using pick tickets and warehouse systems
  • Locate products by size, color, quantity, and product information
  • Stage orders correctly for packing and shipping
  • Assist with replenishment, inventory counts, and general warehouse activities
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work with the team to meet daily productivity and quality goals
  • Perform duties as assigned by management
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
