Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable Picker / Warehouse Associate to accurately pick, stage, and move materials throughout the warehouse to support production and shipping operations. This position requires hands-on experience operating both high-reach and sit-down forklifts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and locate materials according to work orders, pick lists, and production needs.
  • Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track materials and inventory.
  • Operate high-reach and sit-down forklifts to safely move, load, unload, and stage materials.
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, and lot numbers for accuracy.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including inspecting incoming materials for damage or discrepancies.
  • Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation accurately.
  • Properly stack, wrap, and secure materials.
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Required: High-reach forklift experience
  • Required: Sit-down forklift experience
  • Previous warehouse, picking, or material-handling experience.
  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • Experience with RF scanners preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • High school diploma/GED.
Schedule: 
1st Shift (1 opening): Monday-Thursday 7:00AM-4:15PM, Friday 7:00AM-12:00PM
2nd Shift (2 openings): Monday-Thursday 4:30PM-3:00AM (includes $1 shift differential)
Pay: $22-24/hr
