Temp-to-Hire | 1st Shift | Arlington, TX

This company is a leading distributor of plumbing and heating products serving customers throughout the South and West from its 280,000-square-foot distribution center in Arlington, TX.

As a Cherry Picker Operator, you'll retrieve products from elevated warehouse locations, assist with receiving operations, verify inventory, and help ensure customer orders are completed accurately. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for advancement.

Cherry Picker Operator Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cherry picker/order picker to retrieve inventory from elevated rack locations
  • Pick and verify products accurately for receiving and warehouse operations
  • Safely transport materials while working at heights
  • Perform daily equipment inspections before use
  • Maintain accurate inventory and follow warehouse procedures
Schedule:
  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Cherry Picker experience required
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
  • Able to stand for extended periods in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
